Aymeric Malphettes is a partner at Advance Avocats.
He is involved in a wide variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity (LBO/MBO/OBO/venture capital), fund raising and investments. More generally, his practice covers all aspects of corporate law.
Aymeric Malphettes holds a master’s degree in business law and a DEJA II, majoring in English law, from the University of Paris X – Nanterre (1998), and graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales – HEC (2001).
After working at CMS Francis Lefebvre in Madrid and Paris, Aymeric Malphettes spent twelve years with Squire Patton Boggs before joining Advance Avocats.
